Design Pixel - Terms of Service

Herein lie the terms and conditions for this website and Design Pixel. Where the terms "we" or "our" is used this is the same as "Design Pixel".

As a customer of Design Pixel you agree to all the terms detailed on this page without any exceptions. If you wish to query anything then please contact us.

Late or Non Payment for Services

Design Pixel reserves the right to terminate any product or service that it provides where payment has fallen into arrears. We will always endevour to contact customers to allow any arrears to be settled. However if no resolution is forthcoming within a reasonable timeframe we reserve the right to terminate accounts and services without any further warning.

We consider a reasonable timeframe to be 14 days after payment is due.

Refunds will not be given for any partially paid for service(s) if such a situation occurs.

Privacy and Data (GDPR)

Information about you and your visits to our site

We process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy the terms of which are herein incorporated by reference. By using the website, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Cancellation

If at any time you are not happy with your service or you simply wish to cancel, we offer a simple and easy process to follow. Contact us through one of the normal support channels as listed on the contact page and let us know you wish to cancel your service. We will then ask you a few details to verify your identity as the account owner before any actions are taken.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your service and we can verify that you have not used that service apart from initial evaluation we will be happy to refund the full amount paid for the service. If Design Pixel determines that you have used the service above what we consider a "fair evaluation" then we will offer the option of a pro rata refund to the closest billing period.

We consider a fair evaluation to be very light use of the service for 14 days or less from initial sign-up to the service in question.

We will not offer any refunds on SSL certificate products once a certificate has been ordered and issued to the customer. If you have ordered an SSL product by mistake it is imperitive that you contact us immediately to stop the SSL certificate generation.

Server or Website Failures

While we try to ensure that no failure of servers or websites occur, on rare occasions this is not always possible. In the event of any failure, be it the result of external forces or not, Design Pixel Limited will not be liable for any loss financial or otherwise.
